Ex-Professional football player and certified trainer, Jerry Housey, is the founder of Strong House Fitness. A native of Bronx, New York; Housey runs SHF, a comprehensive fitness and training facility, right in the heart of Los Angeles.
With an array of certifications and a wealth of knowledge in fitness, Jerry has guided over 200 clients to reach their fitness goals through his high intensity, high energy workout style. From the gym novice to the professional athlete, Jerry is recognized for his ability to bring out the best in his clients.
Nick first started in combat sports at the age of nine where he partook in Tae Kwon Do for five years reaching as high as a 2nd Degree Black Belt. Later in life, Nick reached 275 pounds. In 2012, he decided he needed to make a drastic change and started his fitness journey where four months later he lost 60 pounds. Nick added weight lifting, outdoor hiking/running, interval training, and meal prepping to his regimen. 3 years later Nick reached his fitness goal by losing 100 pounds. After his transformation, Nick started taking boxing classes at Trifit Club & Studio, and later at Hall of Fame boxer, Terry Norris' gym, World Champion Boxing. Nick now wants to use a combination of athletic boxing training as a vehicle to help people reach their fitness goals one pound at a time.
Ben is a high school strength and conditioning coach and former professional football player. He comes to Strong House Fitness with 5 years of personal training experience specializing in sports performance training as well as body transformation. Ben graduated from SouthEast Missouri State with a BS in Criminal Justice and minor in Law enforcement. He is currently pursuing his masters from Grand Canyon University in Homeland Security & Emergency Management.Ben holds certifications in sports performance training as well as NASM & NAFC focusing in Anatomy and Physiology. Over the years, Ben has had the opportunity of training some of the top high school athletes in Virginia and Inland Empire, as well as NFL players . He has also had success in transforming the bodies of his male clients with well written nutrition plans and workout plans.
Deyanco is a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM & NCEP) and a graduate of the University of Michigan where he earned a varisty letter in football. From a young age, he developed a passion for personal fitness through his involvement in sports. As he transitioned through high school to college he began strength and conditioning which further developed his passion. Deyanco attended the University of Michigan where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Movement Science. After completing two independent studies with Professor Victor Katch focusing on exercise physiology, Deyanco chose to share his passion for health and fitness by becoming a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT.)
Dr. Robert Thomsen is a California board-certified physical therapist and experienced clinician with more than 6 years of experience, excelling in lifestyle and sports physical therapy, wellness, and performance training. He also holds certifications in SFMA, FMS, IASTM, and RockTape kinesiology taping. Dr. Rob developed his passion for the human body and the field of physical therapy from years of playing sports, including D1 soccer, and having to go through PT a few times himself. He continues to play soccer to this day and also enjoys running, playing tennis, and hiking.
Emoni was born in Los Angeles and raised in Atlanta. She moved back to LA after high school and pursued a degree from Cal State Long Beach, where she graduated with a degree in business management. Emoni is a ISSA certified personal trainer. At the tender age of five Emoni began playing multiple sports including tennis, soccer, ballet, gymnastics, and swimming. Once she got to college, her weight started to fluctuate massively. Emoni decided to get a membership at a local gym and change her diet. She watched her body transform. This kickstarted her journey as a personal trainer. Emoni's goal is to help others discover the benefits and importance of training. She is ready to guide her clients through every step of the process.
Ose was born and raised in Oakland California. He graduated from the University of San Francisco with a BS in Exercise and Sports Science. Ose has been a certified professional trainer for over ten years. In 2008, Ose suffered a lumbar spine injured that temporarily halted his collegiate basketball career. This injury, and his positive physical therapy experience, fueled his passion for training and helping others to get their bodies moving the way they need to. Throughout Ose's career he has trained clients with many different needs and goals. He has experience with individuals aged 15-75. Ose specializes in creating simple but effective low risk high reward programs designed to fit the needs of each client. Prior to SHF, Ose was a fitness manager at Equinox. His favorite quote is "When you think you're working hard, it's time to work harder."
Chelsea began her own fitness journey back in the summer of 2010. After years of struggling with body image issues, eating disorders and over training she managed to overcome her obstacles. Over the course of four years she transformed her body through nutrition and proper training methods and technique. Once she saw and felt the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, she decided to devote her time to helping others along their fitness journey. Chelsea started her personal training career at LA Fitness back in 2015 before she took her business private in 2016. With over six years of experience, she’s worked with clients at every level of fitness. She’s well versed in pre and postpartum training, athletic training, weight loss, corrective exercise, and strength based training. Her credentials include NASM CPT, CES, and NASM Women’s Health and Fitness Specialist.

Book 8 Sessions for the month, and you'll get each session at $150 per session. All 8 sessions must be within the month.
Book 12 Sessions or more for the month, and you'll get each session at $150 per session. All the sessions must be within the month.
We don't require a membership to visit for personal training. So feel free to book a session.
Train your clients for $25 a session per hour per client. Your client can come 20 minutes before their session and stay an additional 20 min after.
When you book 10 session, you'll pay $240 @ $24 per session. When you book 50 sessions, you'll pay $1150 @ $23 per session.
Book 100 or more sessions per month and pay a fixed price of $2200
All independent contractors must have training certification, gym insurance and CPR certification.
